How To Cook Quinoa

Quinoa is easy to cook.  Just boil 1 cup of water, rinse ½ cup whole grain quinoa and add to the boiling water.  Let it simmer on low until all of the grains have absorbed the water.  To add taste to your quinoa, you can use low sodium chicken stock in lieu of water.  Serving size is ½ Cup.
